MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

Let me focus on the “nitty-gritty” of your day-to-day business financials so you can focus on growing your business and I can make sure your books are organized before tax time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly reconciliation of financial accounts (e.g. bank, credit card, and PayPal accounts)
  • Record and categorize financial transactions
  • Account Receivable Management (invoice customers and post payments to their accounts)
  • Account Payable Management (process supplier invoices and payments)
  • Receipt & Document Management so everything is in one place for your accountant when it is tax time.
  • Monthly Financial Reports
  • One-on-one monthly or quarterly (based on your personal preference) bookkeeping calls over Zoom to review your financial reports and answer any questions/comments you might have.
  • Unlimited Email Support (response time is up to 48 hrs)

HOURLY RATE= $ 50/hr+HST

Bookkeeping hours are discussed before signing the contract based on the client’s needs.

CATCH-UP/CLEANUP PACKAGES

Are you behind on your books and need help? No worries! Let me take care of cleaning up your books and get them to be current. Once I am done, I can either continue as your bookkeeper or hand it back to you.

Tier 1 – Up to 6 Months Backlog – starting at $ 540+HST

Tier 2- Up to 12 Months Backlog – starting at $ 690+HST

Tier 3- Up to 24 Months Backlog – starting at $ 750+HST

*Please note that a 50% deposit for the first month is required.

QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SETUP – $ 450+HST

For freelancers and/or small business owners just starting out and want their accounting system professionally set up, but not ready to outsource their bookkeeping yet.

What is included?

  • Quickbooks Online system setup
  • 30 min call with client to discuss business needs
  • Setup of Products and Services
  • Customizing Chart of Accounts
  • 2 hr training session via Zoom with client so you can DIY your books
  • Email support for 90 days.
  • 3 monthly check-ins to review your finances together.

“PEACE OF MIND” LIGHT AUDIT/CONSULTING –

$ 180+HST

For freelancers and/or small business owners handling their own bookkeeping, but want a bookkeeper’s expertise to give them tips and tricks on how you can improve your system efficiently, reduce your time spent on bookkeeping, and keep your business in compliance with CRA guidelines and ready before tax time.

  • Reviewing your current financial situation in Quickbooks
  • Checking for areas that can be improved and/or optimized to help run your business more efficiently
  • Ensuring adequate cash handling policies

*Please note that it will take me 1 day to review all of your information and I will schedule a Zoom meeting within a week to report my findings
