MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
Let me focus on the “nitty-gritty” of your day-to-day business financials so you can focus on growing your business and I can make sure your books are organized before tax time.
BASIC – $300+HST (up to 5 hours a month):
- Record and categorize financial transactions
- Account Receivable (invoice customers and post payments to their accounts)
- Account Payable (process supplier invoices and payments)
- Monthly reconciliation of financial accounts (e.g. bank, credit card, and PayPal accounts)
- Receipt & Document Management so everything is in one place for your accountant when it is tax time.
- Financial reporting (preparing financial statements/reports as needed)
- Email Support (response time is up to 48 hours)
STANDARD – $ 600+HST
Includes everything in the BASIC package, but with these additional services:
- Prepare & file GST/HST remittances
- Advisory services (e.g. bookkeeping calls over Google Chat/Zoom/Teams to review your financial reports and answer any questions/comments you might have)
PREMIUM – $ 1,000+
Includes everything in the BASIC & STANDARD packages, but with these additional services:
- Prepare & file GST/HST and payroll remittances (e.g. T4 & T4A)
- Process employee’s timesheets and managing payroll in Quickbooks Online
CATCH-UP/CLEANUP PACKAGES
Are you behind on your books and need help? No worries! Let me take care of cleaning up your books and get them to be current. Once I am done, I can either continue as your bookkeeper or hand it back to you.
– Up to 5 Months Backlog – starting at $ 400+HST
– Up to 9 Months Backlog – starting at $ 600+HST
– Up to 12 Months Backlog – starting at $ 800+HST
*Estimated pricing is discussed before signing the contract based on the client’s needs. Please note that a 50% deposit is required upon signing.
QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SETUP – $ 520+HST
For freelancers and/or small business owners just starting out and want their accounting system professionally set up, but not ready to outsource their bookkeeping yet.
What is included?
- Quickbooks Online system setup
- 30 min call with client to discuss business needs
- Setup of Products and Services
- Customizing Chart of Accounts
- 2 hour training session via Zoom with client so you can DIY your books
- Email support for 30 days.
- 1 check-in to review your finances together.
“PEACE OF MIND” LIGHT AUDIT/CONSULTING –
$ 250+HST
For freelancers and/or small business owners handling their own bookkeeping in Quickbooks, but want a bookkeeper’s expertise to give them tips and tricks on how you can improve your system efficiently, reduce your time spent on bookkeeping, and keep your business in compliance with CRA guidelines and ready before tax time.
- Reviewing your current financial situation in Quickbooks
- Checking for areas that can be improved and/or optimized to help run your business more efficiently
- Ensuring adequate cash handling policies
*Please note that it will take me 1 day to review all of your information and I will schedule a Google Chat/Zoom/Teams meeting within a week to report my findings
